Delivery of personalised support plans tailored to each client

Absolutely. We believe flexibility is key to delivering truly person-centred care. You can choose the days, times, and frequency of your supports, as well as how they are delivered. We work with you to build a support schedule that fits your lifestyle and helps you achieve your goals: Whether that’s developing new skills, joining community activities, or maintaining a healthy routine at home.

We understand how important consistency is. If your regular support worker is away, we’ll communicate with you in advance and provide an alternative worker who has been properly briefed on your support needs and preferences. Our goal is to minimise disruption and ensure you always feel comfortable and supported, even during temporary staff changes.

Your privacy is always protected. All BeaconRise staff are trained in confidentiality, privacy legislation, and ethical standards under the NDIS Code of Conduct. Personal information is securely stored and shared only when necessary to provide safe and effective support, and always with your consent.

Getting started is simple. Contact our friendly team by phone or email to arrange an initial conversation. We’ll discuss your needs, funding type, and the supports you’re looking for. From there, we’ll develop a tailored service agreement and match you with the right support worker to begin your journey with BeaconRise.
