Experience supporting people with disability (paid or unpaid)

Certificate III or IV in Disability, Mental Health, Community Services, or a related field, or a Diploma of Nursing

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a self-managing team

Genuine empathy and commitment to person-centred practice

Understanding of the NDIS and NDIA Practice Standards (training provided)

Respect for each person’s dignity, autonomy, and choices

Flexibility to work varying shifts based on participant needs

Current South Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Unlimited working rights in Australia

Valid National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
